At Tawamart Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the following policy applies.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 4 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be:
Unused and in original condition
In original packaging
With all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase
Any damaged or defective item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
Items returned without original packaging
Clearance or special-order items
Refunds
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-20 working days.
Refunds will be issued via:
M-Pesa
Bank transfer
Original payment method (where applicable)
Exchanges
Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no additional cost.
If exchanging for a different product, any price difference will apply.
Return Shipping
Tawamart covers return costs if the item is defective or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping if the return is for personal reasons.
