At Tawamart Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the following policy applies.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 4 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • In original packaging

    • With all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase

  • Any damaged or defective item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or special-order items

Refunds

  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-20 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • M-Pesa

    • Bank transfer

    • Original payment method (where applicable)

Exchanges

  • Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no additional cost.

  • If exchanging for a different product, any price difference will apply.

Return Shipping

  • Tawamart covers return costs if the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping if the return is for personal reasons.
